Advance reservation is a must appreciated. The last reservation may be accepted up to 24 hours prior to a trip departure date but will be subject to space availability. Please book directly to:

Fast Boats will provide:

Fast boat transfer service from or and to Sanur (Bali) and Nusa Penida / Lembongan Island. Hotel transfer in Bali (pick up from or and drop service to): Denpasar Airport, Nusa Dua, Tanjung Benoa, Jimbaran, Tuban, Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Kerobokan, Umalas, Sanur, Central Ubud areas. Road transportation (pick up or and drop service) in Bali is provided extra charge from/to ONE SPECIFIC ADDRESS in designated areas of the above areas. This address must be specified at the time of booking, and cannot be changed. Our drivers are under strict instructions to refuse to take passengers to more than one location (ie-they will not drive around trying to find a hotel if the passenger has not specified an address). We arrange transfers for other areas with an additional charge.

Fast Boats Schedules:

The punctuality of departure and arrival times is subject to sea and or weather conditions.

Connecting Flights / other scheduled transportation:

Our Group Fast Boats is a beach-to-beach point carrier and we do not take responsibility for any delays or connecting flights at any airport / other scheduled transportation.

Fast Boats Booking Changes and Open Ticket:

Booking changes are based on seat availability and should be made 2 days prior to passenger departure for the regular season and 4 days prior to passenger departure for the high season (June, July, August, December, and January).

Fast Boats Delays and/or Substitutions:

Our Group Fast Boats reserves the right to change the vessel in any way whatsoever without any liability to the passengers. Fast boats shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury, which may arise in the event of substitution, cancellation, or delayed trips. Fast boats shall not be liable in any way for the cost of any accommodation or for any alternative means of travel, which may arise through substitution, cancellation, or delayed trip. Additional expenses so arising shall be the sole liability and responsibility of the passengers.

Fast Boats Luggage Allowance:

Each passenger is entitled to a maximum of 2 pieces of luggage carried free of charge, not exceeding a total weight of 30 Kg. Our Group Fast Boats reserves the right to check the contents of any baggage, and to refuse baggage items. The company accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to luggage during transit between the islands. The passenger shall not carry onto the vessel or include in luggage any Explosives, corrosives, highly flammable liquids, or anything likely to endanger the vessel, other passengers, or goods.

Fast Boats Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation trips by our group Fast Boats:

In the event of a trip canceled by our group Fast Boats because of a major problem on the vessel, The Company shall refund any funds that had been paid by the passengers directly to the company only, or any funds already paid by an agent to the company on the passenger’s behalf.
The passengers are responsible for collecting any funds paid to agents, which have not yet been paid to our group Fast Boats.

Fast Boats Cancellation trips by Passengers:

Full seat payment will be charged for any Late Arrive or No Show Guests.
In the event of a ticket or booking being canceled by the passengers, NO REFUND.

Fast Boats A Non-Refundable Policy:

Our group Fast Boats will not give any refund to the passengers, In the event of a trip canceled by The Company for a Sailing Ban on Bad Weather Conditions warn by the Indonesian Government or Harbor Master in charge.

Fast Boats Passenger Attention:

The passenger shall comply with the instructions of the boat company’s staff concerning all matters connected with the service and shall comply with any notice exhibited on the vessel. The company reserves the right to refuse to carry any passenger of goods without assigning a reason. This contract is subject to the laws of Indonesia, and may only be varied by agreement in writing between the company and the passenger. Verbal promises by booking agents or clerks will not be recognized by the company.

Fast Boats Insurance:

Our service cooperated with PT Jasa Raharja which is our insurance partnership for passengers and our boats themselves.
